Reston Alliance was formed in the Fall of 2009 with the merging of two recreational teams from Reston that were Coached by David Billingsly and Ramon Pardo.  The majority of these young players have been playing together or against each other for a number of years.  These players have developed very well over the years and have become some of the most talented young soccer players in the area as a result of hard work and dedication to the sport.
